How do I clean my mask?To clean your resin mask from Masked Virus, we recommend gently wiping the surface with a a q-tip or cotton ball dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they may damage the finish of the mask. After cleaning, be sure to thoroughly dry the mask before storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, if your mask has any delicate or intricate details, such as painted designs or embellishments, take extra care to avoid causing any damage during the cleaning process.

How should I store my mask?When it comes to storing your resin mask from Masked Virus, it's important to handle it with care to ensure its longevity. Place the mask in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in humid or extreme temperature conditions, as this can compromise the integrity of the resin material. While all the masks are coated with UV top coating the sun still can do damage. Additionally, consider investing in a display case or cover to protect the mask from dust and accidental damage. By following these storage tips, you can keep your resin mask in optimal condition for years to come. If you do not have one of our custom stands it is recommended to not keep the mask flat (nose facing ceiling) or it may change it's shape slightly with temperature changes. An easy way is to keep its form is placing a rolled piece of cloth or foam form fitting cylinder behind it to rest on.

Help, I damaged the mask, what do I do?! 😫We understand that accidents happen, and masks can become damaged over time. Shoot us a message in the form below. Be sure to include what happened, where the damage is, and the type of damage done to the paint job (i.e. on the edge, gouge, surface scuffing, etc.) We'll follow up with a request for photo evidence of the damage and consult you from there for repairs and quotes.

Start by measuring the width of your face from cheekbone to cheekbone (do not bend it over your nose), and then measure the distance from your hairline to just under your chin. These measurements will help you determine if a specific resin mask will fit comfortably and securely. Keep in mind that some of our masks are adjustable, so if you are in between sizes, there may be some flexibility in achieving the perfect fit. Most of our straps are adjustable and can fit most sizes unless otherwise states on the product.
